Initially, I thought it was going to be hell with majority of the people gone, and with the merger I thought it would only get worst with the long hours. But I now think it actually ain't that bad! The people we work with now is so much friendlier and fun to be with! True the working hours are being stretched alot.. But I think it all pays off with the new working environment now. I like my new team now!
Well, maybe it is only too early to judge. Like every relationship, the start may be blissful, but the true test of it only comes months later.
