Just ran 5km! Okay, I probably did jogged half of the journey alright. Haha. But it felt good =). And I got this motivation to run because I came across this newspaper article about FATS and I felt utterly guilty of how much I've damaged my body. Rofl. Anyway here is just a few fun facts that I learnt from the article.
Fact #1: Subcutaneous fats (soft and pinch-able) are harder to burn as compared to visceral fats(hard and unpinch-able?).

Fact #2: Thigh fats are made of mainly subcutaneous fats, which explains why it is harder to burn them off.
Argh... Disturbing...
