Sandy was really pissed off with the photocopy shop lady. Not surprised, I was also pissed off by that lady yesterday. Haha. But after school, I went to order the Chemistry practice book, I decided to just listen to the lady. I knew she was stress. She went telling me about students not paying up, not collecting ordered notes and stuffs. Well, at least I can tell she become more relaxed after spamming all the stuffs to me.
Just by listening, you can actually ease someone's stress. If you don't listen, who will? You might be the only one who has the chance to listen to that person. Be listener. Don't talk. =)
